Special shout-out to Emin, who has such a wonderful cheerful attitude that he brightened up every morning we met him! Can’t say enough good things - lots of love to the hardworking staff who truly are passionate about their jobs and about keeping their customers happy. Also close to everything and all major landmarks, and near a metro. Plus it’s right in the middle of an electronic market so you have everything at your fingertips. It’s right next to a supermarket and several local eateries, so the stay was always convenient. The breakfast had a great selection everyday, and at this budget, it was an awesome variety. Even though there are some minor issues, like the mini bar didn’t cool properly to store my mother’s insulin, the housekeeping staff was always available to bring ice every day and do whatever they can to help us. After traveling long trips to Samakhi and Shekhi, my family and I looked forward to coming back to this hotel to wind down and sleep in a clean, cozy space. This was such a clean, comfortable place to stay. This was a home away from home, and the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to accommodate your needs played a huge part.
